ABOUT ADAM
He is a professional Strongman and owner of HITBOX gym in Brighton, Colorado. In his 20+ years of experience he has helped hundreds of people reach their health and wellness goals by feverishly studying and applying health and exercise science principles every goddamn day as both a coach and athlete.
His coaching style, and overall views on what it takes to achieve wellness, differentiate him from your typical coach or personal trainer. He takes a data driven approach into each client’s biology, nutrition, lifestyle and behaviors to find and address underlying issues keeping them from achieving wellness all while teaching you the science and "why" behind it all.
