What is going on, guys? Welcome to the first episode of ❝𝑨𝑺𝑲 𝑨𝑫𝑨𝑴❞  where y'all are going to ask me questions and I'm gonna answer em for you 🫵🏼. Super simple.


So I got a question this weekend and it was a really good one to start out with. I think a lot of people are thinking this. I think this will hopefully resonate with a lot of y'all.


The question was,

"Adam, what stack can I take to BURN 🥵 BODY FAT?"

So what stack of supplements, essentially, can I take to get rid of body fat?


The quick and short answer to this is: there's not one stack that you can take that's going to help you burn more body fat, right? There's just no one company who has figured out a subset of pills that you can take on a daily, bi-weekly, whatever, that's going to inherently make us all burn fat and cure whatever problems we have.


The reason behind that is because fat loss is very detail-oriented. So, when I say that, that loss could be because something simple like you're just not getting enough steps in on a daily basis. It could be something a little bit more complicated like hormonal exchange going on in the body. It could be behaviors. The way you handle stress, it could be internal stressors. There's a lot of things this boils down to and because of that there's not one stack that cures or helps out with all those things.


So really, what we have to do is we have to figure out why aren't we burning fat? What details? Like I said, what matters to me? Is it sleep 💤 ? And if it's sleep, do I need to get more SLEEP 😴


Let me back out to try to get more sleep. If I can't get to sleep, or I'm having trouble staying to sleep, well, then we need to look at supplements that are going to help you out. Supplements are only there to plug holes that we physically can't do ourselves. They're not something we crutch and rely on because we're not willing to do the hard thing like change behaviors.


So the answer to what stack works best to burn fat for YOU. It depends.
